Sometimes the best mental health conversation is no conversation

Just because someone’s mental health isn’t all it could be doesn’t mean you have to talk about it. Sitting in silence might be just what they want.

Or watching mindless TV with them.

Or making them a toastie.

Or sending them an email that simply says, “I’m with you on this”.

You see, just because you know how to have a mental health conversation doesn’t always mean you should.
