Not everyone is up for big conversations.

So here’s another way to help your friends or colleagues with their mental health.

It’s called appreciation.

“Hey, I just wanted to say I love what you’ve done with this job.”

“Just calling because I’m bored stiff and you’re the funniest bloke I know.”

A woman recently told me she randomly sends flowers to her friends and employees.

Or for blokes who worry flowers may send the wrong message to their mates, how about sending stubby holders with a message, “It’s time we got together for a drink.”
